EverfilmsCo (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a wedding and engagement photography studio run by Dania and Amin, based in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit everfilmsco.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you share with us

When you send an inquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to give us:

  • Your name and your partner’s name

  • Your email address

  • Your wedding or event date

  • Your venue or city

  • The type of photography you are interested in

  • Anything you write in your message

When you schedule a call or appointment with us, we collect the details you enter in our booking form. If you email us, message us on Instagram, or book with us, we also keep what you share in those conversations. If you book, that includes the details in your agreement and billing information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically receives some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. Our website platform, Squarespace, may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and give us basic visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work as intended.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and check our availability for your date

  • Schedule consultation calls and appointments

  • Plan your session or wedding and deliver your photographs

  • Send agreements, invoices, and reminders related to your booking

  • Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it

  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted services that help us run our studio, and only as needed for them to do their work. These currently include:

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website and may process payments and invoices

  • Acuity Scheduling, which we use to book consultation calls and appointments

  • Splitforms, which receives our inquiry form submissions and delivers them to us

  • Google, which provides our email through Gmail and the fonts used on our website

  • jsDelivr, a content delivery network that loads the smooth scrolling feature on our site

  • Instagram (Meta), if you choose to visit our profile or message us there

  • Online gallery services such as Pixieset, which we may use to deliver your photographs

We may use other tools from time to time to help run our studio. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and terms, which apply to the information they handle. We choose services we trust and respect their policies, but we do not control how they operate, and we cannot speak on their behalf. We encourage you to review their policies if you would like to know more.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

Your photographs

Photographs we create for you are covered by your client agreement, including whether and how we may share selected images in our portfolio, on our website, or on Instagram. If you would like any image of you removed from our website or social media, just ask and we will take care of it.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you book with us, we keep your records for the length of our working relationship and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct anything that is inaccurate

  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established, reputable services to store it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website links to other sites, such as Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
